At TillaCare, Dr. Campoe leads the scientific and clinical implementation of TillaCare's product line including the UriCap Female at leading healthcare facilities and physician practices nationwide. She drives innovative solutions with safety-conscious facilities and providers striving to reduce infections (UTI, CAUTI), skin problems/wounds (IAD, MASD), and the negative effects on quality of life. She leads the development of interactive products and services including content development, LMS solutions, and training.

With a career spanning over 30 years in bedside clinical practice and academia, Dr. Campoe is a collaborative scientist forging connections across healthcare sectors to advance patient safety through impactful research both in the US and globally. Her versatile leadership style spans private industry, academia, and government, specializing in areas such as Cellular Therapies, Urology, and Medical-Surgical Nursing. She holds certifications as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and a Certified Medical-Surgical Nurse (CMSRN).

Actively engaged in shaping the future of healthcare, Dr. Campoe serves on theAcedmcy of Medical-Surgical Nurses (AMSN) Board of Directors and represents AMSN on the Nurses on Boards Coalition (NOBC) Board of Directors. She is a dedicated member of the Florida Nurses Association and supports various alumni associations.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Campoe finds joy in daily yoga practice and embraces Florida's outdoor beauty through activities like hiking, kayaking, and biking.
